Thanks For Your Support And Important News

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. For me, it's been truly rewarding to provide exclusive content to my supporters. I thank you for all the great feedback and suggestions.

Unfortunately, the Locals.com technology has a lot to be desired in terms of what is needed for an optimal experience for live streams.

As a result of these and many other factors, I will not be active on Locals.com anymore. If you are a supporter, the subscription will be canceled. I hope you understand.

In addition, my vision for how I relay my message has changed for the New Year. I will be announcing my upcoming plans after taking a brief hiatus.

If you have any questions, please contact me via [email protected].

Wishing You A Happy New Year!

Steven Park

Why You’re Always Anxious: An Unexpected Reason For Your Anxiety That Doctors Don’t Know

✅ Are you stressed or anxious all the time? Is your anxiety so bad that it prevents you from living your life or having meaningful relationships? Or do you suffer from too many panic attacks throughout the day?

There’s one breathing problem that will not go away, no matter what you do, and it’s something most doctors generally don’t know about. I’ll reveal what that is in this video.

Welcome To The Doctor Park Community

Are you still struggling to fall asleep or stay asleep at night? Do you hate waking up, with brain fog and a lack of energy during the day? Or have you tried all the online hacks, pills, supplements, or even prescription sleeping pills without any relief?

Welcome to the Doctor Park community on Locals. Growing up, I also had similar problems with poor sleep, lack of energy, and brain fog. I slept through most of my classes, even in medical school.

But only through years of combing through the research and listening to my patients did I realize that not breathing well at night was contributing to the problem.

As a result, I published my Amazon best-selling book Sleep, Interrupted in 2008. The basis of this book as well as my blog, podcast, and YouTube channel is that all modern humans have trouble breathing at night to various degrees for various reasons.

Only if you address this issue properly can you become completely healthy. But I also learned that treating the breathing problem alone isn’t going to get you to ...

Vitamin D Health Benefits Chart

Here's a good summary (attached PDF) of the importance of good vitamin D levels to prevent various health conditions. As you can see, you want to be in the 50 to 60 ng/ml (USA) range.

Supplementing with vitamin D is important, but with three caveats:

1. – To optimize gut absorption and to divert to your bones and not your heart, take supplements with fatty foods and vitamin K2 MK7.
2. – Dosage needs are usually much higher than what the USDA recommends daily (600 IU / day). Start with 5000 or more and test in 2-3 months to adjust. Your needs will be different during various seasons.
3. – Sunlight is much more powerful to get vitamin D, since it includes the massive benefits of circadian rhythm strengthening, as well as powerful anti-oxidant production of melatonin in your body's mitochondria. See the two videos on Circadian Rhythm Secrets.

Hi Dr Park,

I'm curious to know your thoughts on the (albeit limited) research on using acupuncture to treat mild, moderate and severe OSA. The following review and meta-analysis states that acupuncture, in small studies, has been shown to reduce AHI. What are your thoughts?

Thanks so much,
Sasha

What are the long-term outcomes you have seen for severe OSA patients who undergo MMA surgery? I have heard that the surgery and recovery are pretty horrible, and can leave the patient with nerve damage, as well as an altered facial structure.

My Apologies for the Technical Difficulties

I'm so sorry for the technical difficulties during the live stream. I only realized at the end that the slides didn't show. I'll have to extract the audio and attach the slides.

There were just too many moving parts on my part, the audio wasn't that good, and the video was too choppy. I think it's better if we keep the live sessions on Zoom for now.

I'll try to get the edited video out by late Thursday. Locals should alert you once It's uploaded.

My apologies again. I hope you understand.

Steven Park

p.s. Someone just alerted me that while I was testing the Live Steam earlier today, an alert was sent out repeatedly. I will not do this again, unless it's the real thing.
